 ¿Que pasa si juntas de lo mejor de la escena NY de salsa, con la misma vision, y 1 tascam de cinta lista para grabarlos?. Al parecer sucede magia, y de una manera extremadamente natural. Esta es la manera que nace la banda LOS HACHEROS, compuesta por grandes musicos de la escena Newyorkina de la salsa como Eddie Venegas en trombon, violin y coros (Marc Anthony), Itai Kriss en la voz, flauta y guiro(Grupo Latin Vibe), William Ash en tumbaos(Brenda K Starr) Hector "Papote" Jimenez y Jacob con el tradicional tres. Son, Charanga y Salsa que suena nueva pero viejita a la vez, como un gran disco vinyl que te encuentras al final de una tienda y da felicidad de haberlo encontrado. Asi es como suena el album Pilon lanzado por Chulo Records, sin computadoras, audifonos, ediciones artificiales, tal y como cual se lograba el sonido en vivo de una banda tradicional latina, y de lo cual se ha perdido en un mundo de ceros y unos. Gracias a LOS HACHEROS por regalarnos el track "Azucar", una de las tantas piezas originales y covers que abarca su nuevo material, y que dejara con ganas de mas a los amantes de la salsa clasica, el son, guajiro, asi como el sonido latino de antaño. Diplo-Express Yourself (Chong X Riddim refix)

Cuando escuche este remix de CHONG X, se me hizo una lastima que no fuera de descarga gratuita, muchos se quedarian con las ganas de tocar este remix (incluido yo), ya que las versiones cumbieras de DIPLO nunca estan de sobra, y mas si estan tan bien hechas como la que lanzo este Checo residente en Peru. Ahora que esta ya liberada, me animo a postear mas musica de este inmigrante en Cusco cuya estancia en el pais sudamericano ha inspirado varios tracks con muy buena manufactura. Abran los oidos a CHONG X, la Man Recordings y Latino Resiste, lo avalan.
When listen to this remix of CHONG X, i thought it was a shame it wasn`t free to download, many would be down with the desire to play this (including me) because you know, DIPLO`s cumbia versions are always worthwhile, further more made as well as this Czech living in Peru does. Now that is free, i encourage you to take a look into the stuff of this immigrant musician in Cusco whose stay in the South American country has inspired several tracks with very good workmanship. Open your ears to CHONG X , Man Recordings y Latino Resiste supports this.
