CHICO SONIDO se presentaria de ultima hora en el Tiki Bar, asi que tuve el gusto de conocerlo, platicar un poco con el y para mi buena suerte me obsequio su disco, wiiii!!, debo decir que me dio un gran gusto, y por supuesto, no podia dejar pasar la oportunidad de escribir sobre el aqui, lo cual me pone en un aprieto, que puedo yo decir que no haya hablado la
MAD DECENT y demas autoridades musicales sobre este dj y productor unico en su tipo, bueno...pues como Mexicano les puedo decir que este señor tiene una gran obsesion y conocimiento del verdadero Rock Mexicano, y no hablo de el mas famoso en latinoamerica, el conocido en los 80`s como "Rock en Español" o "Rock en tu idioma", no no, hablo del Rock Psicodelico, de los entonces conocidos "chavos de onda", los de Avandaro (Woodstock Mexicano), me recuerda al "Nasty Sex" de la
REVOLUCION DE EMILIANO ZAPATA, obviamente todo lo anterior proyectado de la manera mas contemporanea imaginada y en manipulacion digital del beat ... Me recuerda como los pioneros del Big Beat armaron, construyeron y deconstruyeron canciones de antaño a antojo en los noventas, discos viejos para armar brillantes piezas musicales, aunque pocos tuvieron las agallas (al menos en Mexico) de hacer este "reciclaje" y redefinicion como la hecha por el Chico Sonido (el
IMS es creo su otro par mas obvio). Tengo una joya entre mis manos, tal vez en oidos ajenos al español podria sonar extraña, para otros interesante, y muchos les valdra madres y simplemente se dejaran llevar por los magnificos beats de este release... muy buen material de este morro con discos como el mismo se define, y para los que no han podido tener este material en sus manitas, he aqui su Dj Set mas conocido...., que valor de poner a

A few weeks ago, i went to hang around to the Condesa here in the "Defectuoso" (how we call the DF MX), because i heard of CHICO SONIDO playing at the Tiki Bar, and what was my surprise that i got the pleasure to meet him, talk to him about his work, so he kindly gave me his brand new CD, wiii!!, i got to say i was so happy about it, and of course, it gave the oportunity to write about it right over here, but that put me into a hardship, what can i say that havent said yet by autorithys as MAD DECENT and so many about this unique Mexican Dj and Producer? well.... as a Mexican guy what i can say is that he has a great obsession and knowledge of the Real Mexican Rock, and i am not talking about the most known here in Mexico and Latinoamerica, the 80`s "Rock en Español" or the "Rock en tu Idioma", no no, i am talking about the Psychedelic one, the "chavos de onda" Rock, the "Avandaro" Rock (Avandaro was the Mexican Woodstock), it reminds me the "Nasty Sex" of the REVOLUCION DE EMILIANO ZAPATA a well known band in the 70s, but of course, this Rock path projected in the more contempo way, with digitalized beats.... Also the way he uses this samples, reminds me the way Big Beat producers gave in the 90s that new treatmento to old records samples, constructing, deconstructing those into brilliant musical pieces, however just a few got the guts to do this recycling (in Mexico) to redefine it into the way of Chico Sonido (the MIS is the exception of course). I got a Musical Jewel in my hands, and it makes me think that maybe in spanish non-speaking people, may sound weird, or maybe interasting, but there will be some many that will give a fuck and just will let go with the music on this great great beats... very very nice material of this "boy with records" as he defines himself, and for those who doesnt have this brand new cd, here is the more known Dj set from Chico Sonido.... BTW, he has some guts to put YURI as first track LOL, respect to CHICO SONIDO!.Il y a quelques semaines, je suis allé traîner à Condesa ici dans le "Defectuoso" (comment nous appelons le MX de DF), parce que j'ai entendu parler de CHICO SONIDO jouant à la barre de Tiki, et ce qui était ma surprise que j'ai obtenu le plaisir de le rencontrer, l'entretien à lui au sujet de son travail, ainsi lui m'a donné son CD tout neuf, wiii avec bonté ! ! , j'ai obtenu de dire que j'était si heureux à son sujet, et naturellement, il a donné l'occasion d'écrire à son sujet la droite ici, mais cela m'ai mis dans des difficultés, ce qui peux je dire que dit havent pourtant par autorité comme MAD DECENT et tellement beaucoup au sujet de ce Mexicain unique DJ et de producteur ? puits…. en tant que type mexicain ce que je peux dire est qu'il a une grandes hantise et connaissance de la vraie roche mexicaine, et je ne parle pas du le plus connu ici au Mexique et au Latinoamerica, le 80 `s "Rock En Español" ou le " Rock En Tu Idioma" , aucun non, je parle le psychédélique, le " chavos de onda" ; Rock, le " Avandaro" Rock (Avandaro était le Woodstock mexicain), il me rappelle le "Nasty Sex" de REVOLUCION DE EMILIANO ZAPATA une bande bien connue dans les années 70, mais naturellement, ce chemin de rock a projeté de plus de manière de contempo, avec des battements numérisés…. Également la manière qu'il emploie ceci me prélève, rappelle la manière les producteurs de Big Beat ont donné dans les années 90 que le nouveau traitement à de vieux disques prélève, construction, deconstructing ceux dans les morceaux musicaux brillants, toutefois juste uns ont obtenu les entrailles pour faire ceci réutilisant (au Mexique) pour le redéfinir dans la manière de Chico Sonido (le MIS est l'exception naturellement). J'ai obtenu un bijou musical dans des mes mains, et il m'incite à penser cela peut-être dans les personnes non-speaking espagnoles, peut retentir étrange, ou peut-être intéressant, mais il y aura quelques beaucoup qui donnera une baise et juste laissera aller de pair avec la musique sur ce grand grand matériel très très gentil de battements… de ce "garçon avec le records" comme il se définit, et pour ceux qui n'a pas ce Cd tout neuf, voici le DJ plus connu réglé de Chico Sonido….
